Returns Policy

For NON-Personalized products, we offer a straightforward exchange or return process designed for your convenience. Please notify our team within 5 working days of receiving your package. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. In the event that you receive a damaged product or notice tampering with the packaging before opening, we kindly ask you to refuse acceptance and return the package to the delivery person. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, we also request that you provide an unboxing video of any damaged or tampered packages.
